I started The Bandemer Agency because I saw firsthand how much time business owners spend buried in the day-to-day tasks that keep a business running.

As a mom and entrepreneur myself, I understand the balancing act of growing a business while still wanting to be present for the people who matter most. I also grew up watching my dad run his own business, which gave me an early appreciation for the hard work, sacrifice, and dedication it takes to build something of your own.

Today, The Bandemer Agency is a team of Midwest moms dedicated to helping business owners stay organized, visible, and supported. Through executive support, social visibility services, and operational systems, we help entrepreneurs spend less time managing the business and more time leading it.
